Lumryn
These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and Lumryn that governs how you use the Lumryn app. Downloading, installing or using the app means you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Lumryn.
1. About the app
Lumryn is an app for iOS that may offer network utilities, connection-related tools, privacy-focused features and optional subscription access. Over time we may change features, their availability, the devices we support, or the service as a whole.
2. Who may use it; keeping access safe
To use Lumryn you must satisfy the minimum age and any other eligibility requirements that apply where you live and under the Apple App Store rules. Keeping your device, Apple ID and any app account credentials secure is your responsibility. If you think someone has used your access without permission, let us know at apps@apelsinforsearch.com.
3. Subscriptions
Some features of Lumryn may need a subscription. Purchases go through Apple's in-app purchase system, and Apple charges your Apple ID once you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are decided by Apple under its App Store policies, including requests submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices, trials, promotional offers, plans and billing periods may vary by storefront and may change.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Lumryn to violate applicable law, disrupt the app or any network, gain unauthorised access to systems, get around security measures, distribute malware or unsolicited content, abuse privacy or connection features, or infringe anyone else's rights. If we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, we may suspend or terminate your access.
5. Ownership
The software, interface, graphics, branding and content of Lumryn belong to Lumryn or are licensed to it. Except where mandatory law grants you rights, you may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute, reverse engineer or decompile the app, or build derivative works from it.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Lumryn is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that it will run without interruption, remain available forever, be fully secure or be free of defects. To the maximum extent the law allows, Lumryn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the app or from being unable to use it.
7. Privacy, ending use and changes
The Lumryn Privacy Policy applies together with these Terms, along with the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer-protection law. You can stop using Lumryn at any time; subscriptions need to be cancelled in your Apple settings. We may revise these Terms by publishing a new version with a new date.
