Lumryn
Lumryn ("Lumryn", "we", "us", "our") aims to treat information with care. This policy explains which information may be processed when you use the Lumryn mobile app and why we process it.
1. Information linked to the service
To make the app work, Lumryn may process a limited set of information. Depending on what is available, this can be an email address or sign-in identifier (where an account feature exists); purchase and subscription entitlement details that Apple provides; and technical data — device type, operating-system version, app version, language, approximate region, performance events and crash reports.
When you get in touch with support, we may process what you write and any details you share so we can deal with your request. Payments made through the App Store are processed by Apple; Lumryn does not keep full payment-card or bank-account details.
2. Connection activity we don't collect
Where Lumryn offers connection, privacy or network tools, we neither inspect nor keep the contents of the data sent through them. That means the content of your communications, files and searches, and the websites you reach, when using an applicable protected connection feature.
3. Purposes of processing
The limited information we handle is used to run Lumryn, to activate and manage paid access, to keep the app working and secure, to investigate technical issues, to understand performance trends in aggregate, to reply to support requests and to detect fraud or misuse.
4. Service providers
Some necessary operations may be handled by service providers. Google LLC's Firebase services may be used for analytics, configuration and crash reporting (see the Google Privacy Policy). Apphud may be used to validate purchases and manage subscription entitlements (see the Apphud Privacy Policy).
We do not sell personal information. Lumryn does not include third-party advertising SDKs or technology meant to track you across unrelated apps or websites.
5. Disclosure, retention and protection
We may disclose information to service providers acting on Lumryn's behalf, when applicable law requires it, or when it is reasonably needed to protect the app, our rights or our users. Information is kept only as long as the purposes described here, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute resolution require.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, such as encrypted communications, secured systems and access controls. Even so, no security measure can promise complete protection.
6. Children and your choices
Lumryn is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Subject to the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to ask for access to, correction or deletion of, or a restriction on our processing of your personal information. 7. Changes and contact
This policy may change as Lumryn evolves or as legal requirements shift. When it does, the new version will appear in the app or on our website with an updated date. For any privacy question, write to apps@apelsinforsearch.com.
